Great affordable diver from amazing guys at SeriousWatches. The Pepsi version of Orient Mako II is just what I wanted - modest 41.5mm size, stunning sunburst but matte dial (not much bling, lots of beauty), very nice case finishing and a perfectly decent bracelet. All about this watch is just like the numerous YouTube reviews say about it - including the fact that it looks much better IRL than on video. The only tangible negative is bezel action which is a tad too stiff - you need to make a bit of effort to turn it. Not a biggie, and there's no backplay at all, alignment is also perfect. Accuracy is phenomenal for the price - mine keeps 4 to 5 sec per day consistently. And the service given is simply a Rolex service for an Orient watch. I'm not joking, you never cease to amaze. 4 working days delivery to Estonia (including 24+ hours at customs) and a luxury packaging worth exhibiting somewhere like Baselworld. Thank you! P.S. Already thinking about a Kano.

The Orient FAA02009D is the upgrade of the renown Orient Mako and Ray models. This gorgeous, reliable dive watch with an in-house Orient automatic movement differs from the previous iterations with a new movement (which can be hand wound and hacks) and a new cast. With the Mako and Ray models you had a separate button to set the day, with this watch it's simply operated with the crown. Also the lines of the watch have become a bit stronger.
The FAA02009D is a stylish watch that will be suitable for nearly any outfit and nearly every occasion. You can wear the watch during swimming (although it's not suited for air diving), but it will also look great with a suit or casual wear. It's a true all-rounder with a great design, great quality and a true mechanical in-house movement.
