When will I get my package?
Every business day FedEx, PostNL and UPS collect packages from our warehouse. If you place (and pay) an order before 3PM (Amsterdam/Paris time) we will be able to send out your watch on the same business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be sent out on Mondays. The shipping time depends on your exact location (rural areas can take a bit longer than bigger cities). We have a table below with a general indication of the shipping times. If you want to be absolutely sure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free with SeriousWatches! We only use quality carriers like FedEx and UPS (PostNL within the Netherlands), but we will never charge you extra for this.

Can I pay by Cash on Delivery?
We offer Cash on Delivery to certain countries. Currently CoD payment is available in: Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden (limited to 3000SEK) and the United Kingdom. Other countries within the EU may be available upon request, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this. With Cash on Delivery shipments you can pay in your local currency (the Euro amount is automatically converted - for example SEK in Sweden, GBP in the UK and so on) at the door in cash. Within the Netherlands we use PostNL for our Cash on Delivery orders, all the other countries are serviced by UPS. We do have to charge a €9 surcharge because of the extra costs of CoD shipments.

Will I get a tracking code?
Absolutely! We only use quality carriers that use tracking (and insurance) for shipments. You will automatically receive a tracking code from the carrier and a confirmation e-mail from our webshop at the end of the day once the package has been collected from our warehouse.

Can I collect my order from your office?
Absolutely! If you are able to come by our office in the Netherlands, you are welcome to collect your package in person. Please do not that we don't have watches available at our showroom, so please do make an appointment beforehand, so we can have the watch ready for you.

Which payment options do you offer?
We offer the following payment methods: PayPal, bank transfers, iDeal, Sofortbanking and cash on delivery to certain countries.

Will there be any additional costs?
Within the EU our prices on our site include all possible costs/fees/taxes. Worldwide shipping is also free. You will not be charged a penny at customs or otherwise. If you are based outside of the EU the VAT is deducted during checkout, but we are not responsible for any taxes/fees/costs your country's customs may impose.

Do I need to pay VAT?
Within the EU we are legally forced to charge VAT. All prices on our site already include VAT (so you will not be charged anything extra). Outside of the EU the VAT will be deducted during the checkout. Do note that your delivery address need to be outside of the EU for the VAT to be deducted.

I live outside of the EU, will I need to pay VAT?
Outside of the EU you will not need to pay VAT. All prices on our site include VAT for customers within the EU. Outside of the EU we are not legally forced to charge VAT. If you are based outside of the EU the VAT will be deducted during check out, or if you make an account and list your country. When using PayPal the VAT will be deducted before you actually pay (during the last review step). Please note that if you live outside of the EU and the VAT is deducted, we will not be responsible for any taxes/fees your country's customs charges. Please check with your country's customs if you have any questions or concerns about this.
