First of all, this watch is nothing else but a feast for the eyes, so five stars for the look.
The whole service at serious watches is absolutely fantastic. So again, five stars for your service and your understanding of customer care.
Now comes a "but", my watch has a small, but for me essential, deficit. When I want to set the time correctly, the seconds hand doesn't start running, when I push the crown in. It takes at least 4 to 5 attempts until I finally have the correct time (aligned with my radio controlled clock). That is annoying, to say the least. So for the function of the watch: two stars. That makes in average four stars for this (really beautiful) watch.
