One the biggest challenges when you are exploring a pool is that your waffle legibility suffers due to the light reflections. Our special OILI – Oh I Love It – technology allows you to view the lovely Waffle Syrup at all times. Even when diving. We used this to create the amazing SeriousWaffle SeriouslyDeepWaffle Ub50 OILI.
We realised that the SeriousWaffle watches were changing the watch world by storm, but that there was still a small group of people wearing traditional (boring) watches. So our immense team worked day and night to make something amazing. The OILI uses a traditional watch case, but has phenomenal water resistance and legibility by infusing it with pure, unfiltered, Waffle Syrup. Sort of like nitrous oxide (NOS) in a car, this makes you go like a pro.
The Ub50 OILI features a not just a free-sprung balance, it has a unique free-floating bridge that allows for true frictionless movement and will never require new oil or any sort of maintenance. It's also very accurate, so accurate most timegraphers simply break.
We realise putting oil in a watch is not new, but Waffle Syrup, considering its phenomenal properties, is taking it to the next level.
