As a watch retailer we always enjoy collaborating with our brands, as it allows us to project our vision on a model but also allows us to offer our customers something special. With our 6th Limited Edition model we've teamed up with NTH and created the Holland. A spectacular mechanical (automatic) diving watch that we love to share with you!
The name
All NTH Sub models carry the name of a Submarine class, including ours. When we were planning our special design with NTH the obvious choice was of course the Holland. The Holland class were the first submarines built for the Royal Navy back in the early 1900s. While not incredibly successful, the name for us as a Dutch company was a sure hit!
The details
There's a lot of interesting details in the NTH Holland. Let's start with the dial and the bezel, as those are, quite literally, the face of the watch.
The dial is a lovely ice blue colour that plays with the light, from almost silver to properly blue. This contrasts beautifully with the bezel, which is a sophisticated brown colour with a hint of purple in there.
The bezel is made from steel with a DLC coating, which is incredibly tough and very scratch resistant, without having the dull ceramic hue or the proneness to scratches of an aluminium bezel. Another benefit of steel is that it will not crack upon impact like a ceramic bezel can do.
Finishing
The details also show in the finishing level of the watch. It has lovely polished chamfers which make the case more elegant:
The crown is lumed and detailed:
Other details show in the bracelet for example:
Compared to previous NTH Sub models, they have now improved the links to be slightly shorter, for increased comfort. You can see the high level of finishing here:
Of course every part of the bracelet is solid and thick.
In day to day life
The 40mm diameter (excluding crown), 11.5mm thickness and 48mm lug to lug distance are universally considered to be comfortable for nearly any wrist. Whether you have a 15cm wrist or 20cm wrist, the Holland will not look out of place. The watch is also suited for a slightly more adventurous lifestyle, because of the 300m water resistance, sapphire glass with an AR coating and durable steel bezel with DLC coating.
If you don't like diving, the watch also looks great on a leather strap:
Availability
The NTH Holland is limited to just 50 pieces and each watch is individually numbered on the caseback. We've decided to limit the availability to make the product more exclusive and special. Once the 50 pieces have sold we will not be making any additional ones. You can purchase the watch on our site here.

1st time buying with seriouswatches, everything is smooth, customer service is great. Item arrived safe and very well packed. With thank you card and nicely wrapped. Everything is just 5star. Very good experience with SW. Will buy again for sure. From Malaysia.
I have read a lot about this watch and when it I saw it on weekly deals, I immediately bought it. AVI made a great watch, fits perfect on my 7,5 inch wrist, lug to lug is ok. Dial is beautiful, 0 instead of 12 is something different. NH35 is reliable movement. This watch is a great value for the money. Only perhaps screw down crown is missing, but pilots don't need them ;). Also super experience when buying at Seriouswatches.
