Terms and conditions
Watches ship within 24 hours after your payment has been received on business days. Should any problems arise with your order you will be contact immediately and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Please note that we ship only to physical street addresses and we do not ship to post office boxes.
We offer several payment methods. We prefer PayPal, iDeal, MrCash, SofortBanking and bank transfers. If we suspect (credit card) fraud we reserve the right to cancel an order.
Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. In case you are not happy with your product you can ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the product. The actual value the watch will be refunded, extra costs (special methods of shipment or packaging for example) are not covered by the refund. When you return the watch it has to be in 'brand new state', which means all protective foils need to be in place and it needs to be possible for us to sell the watch as being 'new'. The watch may not have been worn and the packaging material has to be intact.
If there are any signs of wear any returns are completely at our discretion. Please contact us regarding any questions before you send back the watch.
We check all watches before sending them out, but do please properly inspect your watch upon receiving it. If there are any issues please contact us as quickly as possible. Any issues outside of the 14 day inspection period will fall under the warranty and the conditions associated with the warranty.
Should any issues after ordering (but before receiving the package) or if you want to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Please do not refuse packages or refuse to pick them up from the post office (if your country offers this service). This will delay your refund.
You have 2 years standard warranty on any watch ordered from us. This warranty is on all mechanical parts but excludes parts that are subject to (external) wear. The latter includes, but is not limited to, the strap and scratches on the glass. We stand behind our products, but misuse of the watch (for example using the push buttons under water) may void your warranty. If you have any questions about the use of your watch please contact us before undertaking the activity in question.
If you purchase a watch (second hand) purchased from us, please be sure to request he original invoice, as this is your primary proof of warranty. Not owning this invoice may prevent you from having the full coverage of our warranty.
In the unfortunate case of a legal dispute Dutch laws will apply. We of course abide all European consumer laws and terms. If you have any questions please ask them before ordering. Please regard to our Dutch terms and conditions for more information.
