The Issey Miyake W SILAY001 was designed by Satoshi Wada, who is known for designing the Audi A5 among others. This Issey Miyake W was also partially designed with a car in mind, the base resembles a wheel and the long, precise hands resemble those of a gauge. But that doesn't mean the watch is overly sporty with slabs of carbon fiber - it's a stylish and beautiful watch.
