After nearly two weeks of ownership it is keeping time as well as if not better than almost all mechanical watches (including Rolex and Breitling Navitimer) only one that I can rely on to keep it better is the Omega Railmaster.so it is as good as you can realistically expect at this price point and a good bit higher.
Finish is good, not as sharp as the high end watches but a cut above 10K - 12 K Sek Tissot and Certina and comparable with 18K - 24K Sek Longines Heritage in quality of finish but lacking a touch of the detailing. Principally the movement lends itself better to an open heart than a glass back as the escapement is not so easy to appreciate as with the Longines and Omega movements from the back, although it is nicely finished I just guess that when it was designed 30 years ago they were not thinking about glass backs.
