Unfortunately numerous concerned clients have reached out to us to notify us that there are fraudulent websites abusing our company name and images to pretend to sell products at suspiciously low prices. These websites will (ab)use your information and you will not receive any products.
As we've been working hard to establish a good name since 2011, serving tens of thousands of customers all around the globe, it's very sad to see this. It's also very hard to combat this as these fraudulent companies often operate from countries that don't necessarily abide copyright laws nor have strict laws against fraud. Plus at the rate they are popping up, by the time 1 has closed, 3 more will have opened.
To ensure a safe shopping experience we can recommend the following things:
*We only operate with 2 domain names: www.SeriousWatches.com and www.SeriousWatches.eu. Other domains (especially those with typing errors!) are guaranteed to be fake.
*We do sell through Chrono24 and eBay, but only under the 'SeriousWatches' name.
*While we do have sales regularly, for example our Weekly Deals, we could never give discounts as high as 90%.
*Our business is registered in the Netherlands, where our office is also based. We don't have an address in the US or Asia.
